Snack Pack

I opened my cup of chocolate pudding and took a spoonful and I felt something in mouth. I spit what was in my mouth and what I saw appeared to be a dirty bandage, probably from someones hands in manufacturing.

My concern is contamination and the possibility of bio hazards. I am very concerned and dissatisfied.

There was a black blob in the tapioca. Here are the numbers and dates.

Hi there, I love your pudding, but about two minutes ago, I opened a cup and there was a reddish hair in it.

I buy your products so often! I was greeted with a pack of snacks filled with mold!!! I have pictures

I opened a chocolate/vanilla pudding and it was very soupy. It also had a big clump of something inedible.

I have pictures. The expiration date was May 24, 2025. The batch number is 211941****00901ACUMay2 24****.

Hey! I recently bought a gpod 24-36 cups of the snackpack brand jello, normally i grab another brand but this was on sale.

Had my cups in my refrigerator for over 3 days now and over half of the cups are still 75% liquid :(

Is there any tips too getting them too solidify? I havent had this issue with any other brand of premade jello ive ever boughten in my years.

Hope too hear back soon, really hoping i didnt waste $6-$10 on jello :(

I just opened a single serving of your Dig In snack pack of chocolate and vanilla pudding with a best sell date of Jul 09, 2025, only to find a layer of green mold. I took pictures if you need them.

Bought 2 packs and both were the same because they were on sale.

Wouldn't recommend.

Store brands has full containers, same flavor, and cost less.

I purchased my first and definitely last Snack Pack on a whim. If I had known the individual containers had ZERO way of separating from each other, I wouldn't have bothered.

The cups are just a large chunk of plastic and any attempt to break them apart to eat individually is not possible. Every part of the cheap cup of bland pudding breaks if you try to eat one alone, forcing you to eat all of the torn packages or throw them away.

Braindead design.

Frustratingly stupid for a damn snack. It's pudding, not uranium.

I really wasnt complaining. I was trying to contact somebody about an order I made for a BJ membership on snack social. I never got any kind of proof that I bought the membership took it out of my Visa already to use it at BJs by my phone and could not realize I gave the wrong email address and thats probably why I did not get Confirmation, dont know how to contact been trying

I take my meds everyday with snackpack pudding. I love it. Some coupons would be gratefully appreciated.thank you for making the bigger cups.chocolate is the best flavor for me.

I buy two flavors of pudding and the mixed jello cups a lot. My question is, why do I have to cut the cups apart with scissors most of the time?

Do you know how aggravating that is? There's a perforation line between the two cups for a reason, they should break apart. Instead, it only bends and you have to cut them apart. Are parents supposed to always carry scissors on every trip they take with their kids if they bring along your products?

I'm sure I'm not the only one who this aggravates on a regular basis!

I used to be a printer and if your employees put more pressure on the perforation blade, they'd always break apart. If I continue to have this issue, I'm going to start buying only Jello products because it's beyond ridiculous!

Most flavors of snack packs separate from each other easily as designed, but the tapioca pudding doesn't separate at all. I often have to take heavy-duty kitchen shears or a sharp knife to cut the plastic to separate them.

I'm not angry, just hungry. Lol! I think there might be something wrong with the sealing machine it's going through.

I love your tapioca pudding though and will continue to support your product. Thank you for listening to my complaint, and I hope it's something that can be resolved in time.

Good day I bought a snack pack jello yesterday for my three (3) year old son the first one he open and ate but for some strange reason he threw it back up but he ask for a second one when I open the second jello I saw this strange thing infused in the jello. I called spoke to a csr but got no further feed back.

I am thinking about taking further action against the company no compensation or anything. Wont buy this product again

Hunts jello taste horrible. I will never purchase this again. I will stick will the original Jello, from now on.
