To whom it may concern

I bought the snack gelatin for my daughter and there was plastic in the gelatin. Good thing she notice.

I actually look thinking it was the gelatin but there the peace of plastic the goes from the cup to the lid. Please look into this problem

The 4-pack of Jello that I purchased for my grandson had plastic inside the container with the Jello peeling off in the Jello. My grandson is 4, and he ate 2, and I didn't notice till the 2nd one was gone.

But I have an empty container with proof and 2 that are still not open. I'm upset because he consumed some of the plastic, and there shouldn't be plastic in with the Jello. Please fix it before another kid eats plastic.

I bought a box. I was charged the 20 dollars and some change and add the 9 dollar add then I paid the nine dollars extra for the extra snakes.

I was charged for all of that. Now later on I was then charged $272 dollars and I have no idea for what. No one will call me or e-mail me back.

When I finally thought I could speak to someone I was directed to some agent and I would have to pay to talk to them. I have no idea how to held a hold these people

I found plastic in my jello and had to pull it out of my kid's throat like string. I took pictures.

Some sort of liner from the kid's cup made a rope almost and choked my kid.

I have seen this in packs earlier but never to this extent. I just got an email claiming they (the company) do not care.

My son choked on plastic in the jello. Seems as though it's part of life and our liner.

He could have had to be taken to the hospital or died if I wasn't around.

I would like some sort of compensation or I will have to take legal action. This is not okay.

In the last FOUR (completely different packages) of the SnackPack Tapioca Pudidng cups, I keep finding black specks. What is going on and what have I been consuming?! They dont expire until October of 2025.

As I was grabbing the second to last pudding cup I realized that the top of the lid was slashed I don't know if it's a QC issue but, they let it go through I even took pictures of it I bought on Amazon 6 pack of puddings and only one of them was slashed I don't know if it got slash when they made the box ready to ship I don't know but, I feel like they should've done a better job checking the problem before packing it thank you

I opened my cup of chocolate pudding and took a spoonful and I felt something in mouth. I spit what was in my mouth and what I saw appeared to be a dirty bandage, probably from someones hands in manufacturing.

My concern is contamination and the possibility of bio hazards. I am very concerned and dissatisfied.

There was a black blob in the tapioca. Here are the numbers and dates.

Dear SnackPack,

I have been eating your pudding and jello since I could read, when I was three. I have always enjoyed that creamy chocolate and that cherry gelatinous goodness.

But now almost 12 years later, I'm dissatisfied.

I go to grab one from a fresh box, and they don't snap. I don't know what you did to the seals and why I know have to cut them apart, but fix it.

Hi there, I love your pudding, but about two minutes ago, I opened a cup and there was a reddish hair in it.

I buy your products so often! I was greeted with a pack of snacks filled with mold!!! I have pictures

I opened a chocolate/vanilla pudding and it was very soupy. It also had a big clump of something inedible.

I have pictures. The expiration date was May 24, 2025. The batch number is 211941****00901ACUMay2 24****.

Hey! I recently bought a gpod 24-36 cups of the snackpack brand jello, normally i grab another brand but this was on sale.

Had my cups in my refrigerator for over 3 days now and over half of the cups are still 75% liquid :(

Is there any tips too getting them too solidify? I havent had this issue with any other brand of premade jello ive ever boughten in my years.

Hope too hear back soon, really hoping i didnt waste $6-$10 on jello :(

I just opened a single serving of your Dig In snack pack of chocolate and vanilla pudding with a best sell date of Jul 09, 2025, only to find a layer of green mold. I took pictures if you need them.
